Children’s Kinesiology

Supporting the Inner World of Little Ones
Children have pure and sensitive souls, yet they may carry emotional burdens that affect their behavior, learning, and self-confidence. Often, these challenges are not conscious but stem from deeper emotional imprints — from early childhood, prenatal or birth experiences, or inherited family patterns.
Children’s kinesiology is a gentle, playful, yet profound method that helps release these inner blocks and supports the child’s natural sense of balance and well-being.
What happens during a children’s kinesiology session?
The sessions are playful and age-appropriate, involving lots of conversation, drawing, storytelling, movement, and gentle touch. Depending on the child’s age and needs, the session may take place with or without the parent present. For very young children, muscle testing is often done through the parent.
The goal is not just symptom relief, but to awaken the child’s inner resources, strengthen their confidence, and teach them simple energetic tools so they can help themselves whenever they need to.
