For Kindergartens

For young children, play is the most natural form of learning and development.
The aim of my kindergarten sessions is to support children’s physical and emotional balance, while helping them improve focus, concentration, coordination, and inner calm through playful activities.

What do the sessions include?

  • Brain Gym – Educational Kinesiology: playful movement exercises that support learning, concentration, and cooperation between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
  • Children’s Yoga: movement, breathing exercises, and body awareness development with the help of stories and games.
  • Relaxation and Meditation (including Silva Mind Control elements): short guided practices to support inner peace and stress release.
  • Learning support and restful sleep: simple techniques that help children succeed both in kindergarten and later at school.

Why is it beneficial for children?

  • improves concentration and attention
  • reduces anxiety and tension
  • develops body awareness and motor coordination
  • makes learning and falling asleep easier
  • strengthens self-confidence and a sense of inner security.

The sessions are playful, experience-based, and can be easily integrated into the daily life of the kindergarten. I am happy to offer a free introductory session, so that both teachers and children can experience the atmosphere and benefits of the program.

"From the very first session, I felt that a true change had begun within me. Andi’s kindness, expertise, and deep openness to spirituality touched me from the very first meeting, opening the way for my healing journey. The methods of kinesiology and naturopathy helped me ease stress and find balance in both my body and my soul."

"The retreat was one of the greatest gifts of my life. The silence, the nature, and Andi’s guidance opened depths within me I had never reached before. I learned to slow down, listen to my own inner voice, and see clearly the direction I want to take. I returned home – not just to my house, but to myself."
