Energy Healing

energy-healing-01.jpg

We work with the Prána Nadi method, a several-thousand-year-old energy healing system originating from the Himalayas. It activates the body’s natural self-healing processes by channeling life force energy through subtle energetic pathways.
Prána” means life energy, while “Nadi” refers to the energy channels through which it flows.

This healing method is based on hands-on energy transmission: the healer acts as a conduit, channeling the specific quality of prána needed for the recipient’s current physical, emotional, or spiritual state.

🌿 Prána Nadi Can Support:

  • Stress relief and emotional release
  • Strengthening the immune system
  • Alleviating physical pain
  • Supporting the healing of nearly all physical conditions
  • Releasing energetic blockages
  • Processing emotional trauma and life stagnation
  • Restoring inner balance and harmony

💠 What Happens During a Session?
The client remains fully clothed, lying down or seated in a comfortable position.
The healer transmits prána energy through specific hand placements along the energy channels.
The process is entirely painless — many experience deep relaxation, a sensation of warmth, or even moments of inner clarity and understanding.

🌟 Prána Nadi is not a substitute for medical care, but it beautifully complements it, supporting both physical regeneration and emotional healing.
Prána is present in every breath, in every moment.
Prána Nadi helps you reconnect with this ancient force — through yourself.
